Schedule Resolved and a New Boy

I more or less have my schedule for school figured out now. The door has pretty much been shut on the job thing now (I probably wouldn't have done it anyway) because I have to take a class over the summer. It's hard to explain, but when I changed my major at the beginning of this year, classes got moved around and out of order from the "planner" they give out for each major. Long story short, I have to take Physics over the summer because if I take it in the fall, I will be taking 19 credit hours and the max is 18. Also, my advisor said taking Physics by itself in the summer will help because it's a hard class apparently. Two people in my other classes are also taking it in the summer.

So here is what the remainder of my college experience (or at least the first one) looks like:

Chris is another guy from the gyc. I thought he looked familiar so I messaged him yesterday. Well, he said there's no way I would have known him before so I don't know why he looks familiar. He's totally cute and good looking. He lives near Philadelphia (on the opposite side of the state from me) but is from South Carolina and is only here for college (sadface). We really hit it off yesterday and were texting until 2:30 in the morning.

Here's some highlights:

About him living in Philly, he said: "[that] doesn't mean you don't have a chance." I said, "Pssh, like I'd have a chance with someone cute like you anyway :P"

Shortly after that he said, "Never met a guy who I honestly can say made me enjoy staying up late." I said he should go to bed but he replied, "No I enjoy your company cutie :p"

Then he asked me to send a picture from my gyc profile so he could have it on his phone. As most of you haven't seen it unless you're following me on Twitter, this is the pic I sent him:

A little while later I said that I was tired and he said, "come cuddle, I'd hold ya till u fell asleep." I said I'd love to take him up on that offer :P

*aww*

Then after some texts that I will keep just between us (lol no we didn't have phone sex), he said we should both go to sleep. He said, "I'm totally gonna think about cuddling you till I fall asleep :p" I replied, "I haven't stopped thinking about cuddling since you first mentioned it a half hour ago :))) Goodnight."

I went to sleep a happy boy. I think he did too :)

Oh by the way! Mom took me to the place she gets her hair cut last Friday. The guy who owns and runs it is definitely gay! I'm definitely going back :D He did a good job

New Path in Life?

I need some opinions and advice...

As you may know, I am finishing up my first year of college. Scheduling for next semester started this week and it has really made me think about my future and if this major is really what I want to do with my life. Right now I am majoring in Computer-Aided Drafting Technologies and will graduate with an Associates in Applied Science degree. After graduating I would (hopefully) get a job as an architectural drafter making plans and 3D models of architectural projects and such.

I like doing it, but....

Next semester I can do what is called "Cooperative Education" or just Co-Op. Co-Op is where you get a job while you're in school and you'll receive credit for it. So I was looking for jobs over the weekend and basically there are no openings right now and I would have to Co-Op over the summer because of my full schedule in the fall. Soooo I was looking for other jobs and found one at the place my sister-in-law, brother, and also my friend Andrew work. Both my sister-in-law and Andrew quit college to work there. I wouldn't be able to work there for Co-Op credits though since the job doesn't pertain to my major.

What is this job and what's so good about it?

The job title is Material Analyst I. The site doesn't really say a whole lot about the position so I'll have to ask my sister-in-law about it when I see her Sunday. But here's the tempting part: it pays $14.59 per hour plus benefits :O That salary is well above minimum wage.


So I've come a point in life where I can either stay on the road I'm currently driving on, or I can turn off and take a different route. I can either finish school and start my career in architectural drafting, or I can apply and take at least a year off school if I get hired. If at the end of that year I decide this job isn't for me, then I can always go back to school.

So that's what I'm debating right now. Any advice or anything?

Spring is Here!

Sadly, I'm stuck working on final projects, trying to figure out my schedule for next semester, and sleeping :(

I came out to a girl last night. We used to go to high school together (my first high school) and were friends, but not the best of friends. Now, we're just Facebook friends. Anyway, I found out from Facebook that she is bi. Last night I had to opportunity to tell her that I am gay, so I took it.

We might meet up this summer. She's been looking for a new gay guy to go shopping with :P

Maybe she'll introduce me to some of her gay friends ;)

That didn't last long...

He never replied to my last message Saturday night. I sent him a general "hey, how are you?" message last night when he was on but he never replied or even opened it. Today has opened it but not replied... And he didn't accept my "connection" request (kinda like a friend request on facebook).

So... yeah...

Disappointed once again :|

So... I have a crush on someone.
