They've left. Gave the lady next door some papers, and a business card. The officer said, "I'll talk to ya later." So I guess that means they'll be back?

I guess that means the officer wasn't prepared to close the case on the spot.
Were the dogs outside where he could see them?
Anyway, it seems there is more to come, and that's a good thing.

they may have to make return visit by law but i still say take photos and send them into the agency
