Heard Back From the PSPCA
They said they would give my complaint to the Western Humane Society (wherever that is). They also named the officer it would be given to. Something they didn't do before.
So far so good, P, but give them another call if the guy doesn't show up in the near future. Don't be afraid to be a scold. Even Jesus knew when to throw the money changers from the temple.
